The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. We stayed 1night and didnt get to use all the amenities but everything seemed to be well tought of. The bedroom was confortable.

Can not recommend this place enough ! Better than a hotel. Has beach essentials for you to barrow so you don’t have to rent chairs/umbrella at the beach, as well as location being very convenient. Host was very kind and allowed us to check in early

Patrick was a gracious and helpful host. Easy entry to property with keypad at front door and at our room. My husband, son and I booked a room with bunk bed which also had a private terrace. Great neighborhood with tons of walkable, excellent restaurants and Walgreens a few blocks away. Property has clean towels to bring to the beautiful beach which was a 4-5 block walk. We will stay again!

Great location, 3 blocks from the beach, great restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice and air conditioning worked well. Shared kitchen needs a deep clean. Bugs visible during the day. Device on roof of our room was loud and starts up every hour or so kept waking us up at night.

Self check-in was a great feature, especially for travelers arriving at various times in the day. The property was very secure with a code to enter the property and separate code for the room. The room itself was clean with air conditioning that worked very well. Room was fitted with convenient amenities along with a small private terrace. One of the best amenities was the outdoor shower near the entrance of the property that allowed us reduce the sand tracked into our room, especially noting the shower in the room had lower water pressure. Location was good with close proximity to food options and less than 10min walk to the Ocean Park beach. Overall, a good choice for stay.

Angel was more than accommodating and it was a perfect location from everything. If you’re here to enjoy your stay and not spend most of it inside your hotel, this is the perfect place to come back to rest for another day outside in Puerto Rico!

Here you get what you pay for. Our room was fine. Pillows not so good. Main problem was our room had large steps from kitchen/entry to bed and to bathroom. Not mobility friendly. I did have trouble navigating. It was close to a lovely Italian restaurant and to a beach.

Property was in a great location, very walkable to the beach and two different restaurants, but the floor was gritty. The bed was not comfortable with very thin sheets pillows need to be changed out. Pillows old and stained. The shower only had lukewarm water which created cold showers and would occasionally stop up in the drain. The particular room that I was placed in required you to step up from the bedroom to the bathroom and the kitchen so it was definitely not the easiest room to maneuver being pregnant

The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
