"Staff didn’t engage, when they were available they were talking with eachother. Had to search to find any members several occasions they were in the back in the kitchen as we could hear them but couldn’t find them as we didn’t want to go searching a food safe area. The view was beautiful, the “patio” needed some attention it was very creaky under foot and didn’t feel overly safe, the room was also extremely warm, had to sleep with the patio doors open to reach a comfortable level with the heat...
