"Don't be fooled by outside entrance, it was.very nice inside.was very attentive and helpful. Room had everything and great shower room. Lovely breakfast and kitchen that allowed you to cook should you desire. Great stay Bob"

"The rooms are a little dated, with a strong smell of damp. But for the few nights we stayed, it was acceptable and comfortable. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly. The breakfast is good, and the pool is nice. The location is lovely."

"We stayed here with our grown up children and their baby. The hotel was clean, well-maintained and very convenient to either drive or walk to the centre. The pool was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds for everyone all through the day so, happily, no one felt the need to “reserve” them. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We also had lunch and dinner once during our stay. The food was lovely. However, one of us eats gluten-free food and, despite ordering a dish that did not list gluten as an ingredient, it did have gluten-containing decorations on it so beware of that if it would affect you. The staff replaced the dish straight away though with one that was safe to eat. We made sure that we stressed the gluten-free need after that regardless of what the menu says. Our rooms were clean and very spacious with comfortable enormous beds which the parents of the baby were very grateful for as it easily fitted all three of them with room to spare. We all had a great time and would strongly recommend it. PS take some bug spray as there are mosquitoes around"

"The hosts couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Beautiful large pool in a private garden, and spotlessly clean house (a perfectly renovated old building with lots of water pressure/showers etc).Located about 25 minutes to Siena, 60 to Firenze (and lots of other interesting places nearby). The hamlet has a really nice little restaurant/bar that all the locals use-very friendly, with excellent food.Highly recommended."

"We arrived early and expected to wait until check in at 4pm however we were met by a delightful young man at recent that came to our car to collect our luggage and then proceed to take us to our accommodation. The accommodation was spotless and roomy we had lots of wardrobe space and room to move around. The pool was well set out into the grounds and there was plenty of sun loungers, bathing towels were provided. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of selection. The staff were always friendly and happy to bring food to your lounger. We participated in the sound bath and yoga sessions and took a massage and body peel treatment of which both were amazing and had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. We will definitely be back if I had to comment on anything negative it would only be that the toilet flush was a little awkward at times however this did not impact our stay it was amazing all round. "Our one-week stay at this villa from the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The highlight of our stay was the restaurants both breakfast and dinner. Without question, Every meal was outstanding, with incredible flavors, beautifully prepared dishes, and an atmosphere that made every dinner memorable. What truly set this property apart, however, was the people. The service was consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The restaurant team provided impeccable service at every meal, and the owner was gracious, genuinely caring, and clearly passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience. If you're looking for a place that has world-class dining, and truly exceptional hospitality, this villa is second to none. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return.
