"No ability to lock bedroom door from the outside"

"It was a very nice day with exception the elevator that we realized was not working . We were on the third floor with suitcases to take down but made said that there was another elevator that was in service otherwise we would have had quite a time. The bed was high and comfortable the bathroom had a step up into the bathtub which I didn't care for but the water pressure etc was perfect . Wish the rates were a bit lower."

"Mullions is a good value overnight ( or longer) stay, it’s not the Ritz, but offers a secure and sturdy place to rest at night and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast ( included in the price!) The staff were really helpful and eager to please. If you’re looking for a non fussy, simple, place to lay your head, Mullions fulfills that need very well. I’ll definitely book to come here again each time I visit Street and Glastonbury towns."

"Breakfast ok but no healthy options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The floor of Room 8 slopes and therefore so does the bed. Pillows very hard and too thick for comfort. The room was very hot even though it was only early May. Only one window could be opened, the others had broken catches/broken frame."

"I really enjoyed my stay in the 'Barn Owl's room. I had everything I needed provided within the room. It was airy and spacious. The only niggle for me and it is more of a preference in comparison to a negative was the sheets used for the bedding. I am so used to staying in establishments which use high cotton count for the bedding so it was quite a change in what I'm used to. However, I did the find the bed comfy and was able to sleep. Just a heads up: with this room looking out on to the High Street there was the odd sound coming from vehicles outside but it wasn't too much that it stopped me from having a good night's sleep. Would definitely book again and thought the chocolates were a nice addition 🍫"

"The room was good. Check in was fine but staff were so very busy, it was a bit rushed. However staff were very pleasant even though under a lot of pressure . We ate in the bar (not a restaurant). My partner had gammon which was fine but my fish and chip meal was not very good. Overall just taking the room into account it was good value for money. The bar food was a disappointment."

"Lovely place to stay, room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. The pub was great for relaxing in including a lovely pub garden. Street has lots of good places to eat, and is a also good base for visiting places like Glastonbury and Wells. And if you like shopping, you've got Clarks Village there too"
