"Rooms were outdated but clean the front desk could have been friendlier the breakfast was not that good the Best thing going was the waffles the eggs were not really eggs they were egg crumbs sausage not very good did not eat it them"

"The property and the inside of our room was horrible. Sheets had sand all through them, black mold in the bathroom. Tub was clogged up. We only had half a roll of toilet paper. 2 towels for the 3 days we were there. We had to move rooms because our first room was covered in weed and the smell of weed. Will never return there again."

"No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. "

"Such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and so close to the beach which had the most beautiful sunsets! We loved the outdoor area, all the space, and amenities! Will be recommending to anyone we know wanting to stay in the area! "

"This was the first trip me and my 15 year old daughter took together. We had such a great time! The condo was awesome and just right size for us. She was so excited and to see her smile was everything!!! The view was perfect! I could listen to the waves all dayand night! We bought flah lights and went shell hunting at night. We collect quite a few! I saw a couple dolphins in the morning from the balcony. We took a dolphin sunset tour. Amazing! I also got her to go parasailing with me. We ate fantastic food and eveything was close if we needed anything. Shopping was also great! My car was full when we left. I could see us making this an annual trip and would love to stay here again! Thank you Frank for letting us enjoy your beautiful place! We didnt want to leave!!!"

"Excellent communication! Response within minutes- adequate space for our multiple families- access to the water by boat was perfect and short walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!"
