10/10 Excellent

"Place was more than I expected at such an affordable rate. Staff was helpful and friendly (upgraded my room for free because they ran out of the room type I reserved before I arrived). Close to just about everything, comfortable room and bed, cold AC, good free breakfast. Only drawback was the pot stench in the bathroom - but that seems to be an unfortunate common factor with just about every hotel these days...."

"Room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is gorgeous and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciated it so much, will definitely be back! Some things were a bit pricey for what it is, but that’s to be expected since the hotel is on the ocean strip of Miami Beach! We got room service from the restaurant and it was brought to us quickly and the food was great. Access to the beach and lounge chairs are included in the stay, though we didn’t get in the water due to the sargassum bloom. Regardless, the pool was beautiful, beach was pretty and not overcrowded and service was great! Can’t wait to come back!"

"The check in process was easy. The receptionist was very polite and informative. The room was spacious and clean. We loved all the extras in the room such as dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker and washer and dryer. It made our stay that much easier. The location was awesome. We were surrounded by restaurants as well Walgreens and Dollar Tree. We were right down the street from an outlet mall. We were really close to Disney World and went to Disney Springs that had restaurant and shops everyday. We would definitely choose this same hotel again!!"
