"The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable. We were greeted upon arrive by the valet, and welcomed by the gentleman at the front door. The hotel had a marvelously relaxing fragrance directly upon entrance. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and received a $15 credit for food and beverages per night, we received free car train tickets from the concierge, and vouchers for two delicious free hot breakfast buffets that even had an omelette station! We were even given a free upgrade to a river view room! The beds were top notch “Westin Heavenly Beds” that had me sleeping in every day of our vacation. "

"I liked everything as usual. The cafe inside of their just needs more food options. This stay the jacuzzi hot tub was not hot just a little warm almost just a little bit cold. The staff said they was having some issues but was getting it taking care of. Our last one of the jacuzzi was hot"

"The team member upgraded our stay from a standard room to a family suite which was a nice surprise. I have stayed at two other "value" resorts at Universal Orlando, but this is by far my favorite. Hard to beat the fun retro theme! "
