"I can’t even begin to give this establishment enough praise. Everyone from the parking staff to the desk/check-in staff were amazing. Our room was upgraded and was absolutely beautiful. We were there for three short hours and received a call that a family member died unexpectedly. The staff was amazing, told us to do what we needed to and the charges would all be waived. I hope we get a chance to return to this hotel. Other businesses could learn from Loews about treating people compassionately and respectively. Thank you for your kindness."
