"This hotel is close enough to the edge of downtown, but far enough away from most of the drunken shenanigans! Extremely friendly staff and housekeeping was AMAZING! Front Desk was SUPERFRIENDLY and EFFICIENT!!!! Please tip the valet!!! They work hard IN THE HEAT!!!! The restaurant inside a GREAT BREAKFAST and their service was great! Had a turkey avocado sandwich for lunch...NOT SO HOT. BUT SERVICE WAS AWESOME!"

"Hotel was beautiful, staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again! The cafe coffee drinks were amazing! The breakfast food was good! Walking distance to the Cook Out if you are hungry late night! But if you want to get most places rent a car or you will spend more than $200 on Ubers. Only cons - Destination fee is confusing and annoying! The hotel charges you $25 per day, they give you a chance to buy stuff around the hotel up to $25 per day so you don't get charged the $25. Regardless if you buy or don't buy you will get charged the $25 destination fee. Super annoying and stressful during my visit. - I asked the front desk for water, normally front desk will provide guest with water. - Lastly pool opens at 8am, there were no clean pool towels until 11am. This was very disappointing!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Thompson Nashville! The property was beautiful, clean, and had such a great atmosphere. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"You have to pay for parking on their😡 Room was very clean Great Kitchen with amenities. The few staff members I saw & met they were very nice & polite. I would definitely stay again. It was different from your traditional check in & I actually liked it. A code instead of a key card for the room. Overall, I really had an fantastic stay & would certainly come again"
