"We had a family room which was recently refurbished. The decor was lovely and the space was practical. There were lots of hanging pegs (for towels and clothes after those Swiss downpours) and cubbies to store belongings. Nice big shower which was handy for washing the kids after a long day. Coffee machine was very welcome and the fridge was cold too! The building is very old and there's no air conditioning. The room was incredibly hot even though the hotel did provide fans. Perhaps they just need more industrial ones!"
