"Nice and clean - a good stay. The hosts were really great when I arrived quite late at night due to a missed train, and were really helpful in making sure I could get right into my room easily. I really appreciated their helpfulness and easy communication.
There are a number of pets about the house including dogs, who make a bit of noise in the evening and early morning, but not too bad.

"Homely, clean, tidy, beautiful set up in room with nice touches such as bathroom “for you” set, coffee (the real stuff) tea and snacks all available in the room. A really lovely place to stay. Great choice at breakfast with the host on hand to meet all needs. Close by to the train station and bus stop which caters for transport along the Dorset countryside. Close proximity to shops and also local pub which did great food: pleasant and enjoyable stay: host was extremely kind and friendly. "Our third stay at this wonderful property and secluded garden.The property is practical and the host available nearby if any problems arise.If you like country walks , you will be in the right spot given the nearby heathland etc ( watch out for the rabbits ). If you like the seaside, not far from Weymouth etc.Lovely pub ( Red Lion ) at the botttom of the road . Other pubs are available !.Monkey World about 10 mins away . "
"A fantastic location for any ardent golfer. The practice facilities, the hotel, clubhouse and course all contained within a compact area. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating.The rooms were spotless and quiet. Breakfast was spot on.All in all a top class stay. "Good humoured friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast offering superb choice including local produce.
Rooms were very comfortable. The house is grade2 listed and the decor is very much in keeping.
It's situated in a picturesque village a few miles from Lulworth Cove and Durdell Dore.
We really enjoyed our stay, and along with a number of International guests were made to feel very welcome.
We would happily return and definitely recommend it to other visitors. "
