The center is at walking distance (10 minutes) , the new promenade, the old promenade, the white tower, the archeological museum, the universities, the folk art museum, 10 minutes walk to Helexpo and the Concert Hall. All bus lines are passing very frequently under the house, so is really easy to move around daytime and night time. Also is very easily connected to the airport by bus.
