"Parking is around the block. When I went to leave the parking it wouldn’t accept my ticket to pay. No worries one young staff member said she would walk over with me and call from ticket machine and clear it all up. I don’t speak French so she was a blessing to make things easy. Very friendly staff that are very helpful! Hôtel in great location as near all the sites to walk to."

"Perfect location, very nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again if make it back to Annecy. Be aware that you cannot drive cars near the hotel, it is only accessible by foot. A little tricky bringing roller suitcase over cobblestone roads, but well worth it! "

"The place is beautiful, the staff didn’t speak much English , but they so tried , bless them, Coco and Yasin were so helpful and also the 2 ladies we met at checkout on the 2nd September 2025 They were so very helpful It’s a hotel with kitchen, after spending 3 nights with takeaway , we were just so happy to get a kitchen to cook , there are shops nearby , one just next to the train station , if you want a good picture perfect village , get on the train and go to Annecy for just 5 euro . There is nothing much to see in Annemasse . But this kitchen hotel is lovely , bars, restaurants and Monoprix shop just seconds literally across the hotel "
