"First off the air conditioner didn’t work in 90 degree weather and then upon complaining to the front desk we were told no room change could be made. A few hours later a BED BUG was crawling on the pillow. We checked out!!! Don’t go to this terrible place to sleep"

"The place was filthy. Stained beding, carpets, hair in sink, walls with marks and gross stains with peeling molding, gum on the wall. Ran out of parking spaces and people were parked anywhere. Trash on the outside grounds, overfilled trashcans. There was an unhoused individual camping behind the property in the wooded area. Massive crack in the building wall / through the brick. Window in our room on the ground floor was unlocked and we didn't discover it until the next day. Front desk unmanned for long periods of time. We primarialy booked for the shuttle and it was unavailable because they said it was in an accident and the other two were in the shop. We had to pay for a Lyft at midnight and then back to the airport for our rental car. It's obscene what they changed for this place considering the state of it. If we could have checked out the next morning, we would have but we had 2 more nights unrefundable."

"The staff are excellent. The shuttle picked us up at the airport as soon as we arrived. Checking in was easy and quick. The room was very nice. Clean and large. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to everyone at the hotel who made our trip perfect!"
