In the historic village center of Gardola, district of Tignale, you will find the enchanting holiday accommodation Casa Marianna, which was completely renovated in 2023. On the large private roof terrace you can enjoy your aperitifs and meals with unforgettable sunsets and a gigantic lake view.
Casa Marianna is on the 1st floor and has a large living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower in the night zone of the accommodation.
On the roof you will find the large roof terrace with a dream view. A private parking space is available for the holiday accommodation approx. 200 m away.
In a few steps you can reach butchers, fruit and vegetable shops, bike rentals, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and various small shops.
Casa Marianna is in an ideal location for numerous walks in the Tignale area.

Die Aussicht und die Lage ist der Highlight der Wohnung. Was man braucht, ist vor Ort. Wir waren eine Woche hier, um den Gardasee im Mai zu erkunden. ALLES war bestens.

-Die Lage der Wohnung, zur einen Seite mitten im Ort, auf der anderen Seite eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See. -Die Möblierung und Ausstattung der Wohnung -Die Sauberkeit -Gebrauchsanleitungen für Herd und Geschirrspüler wären hilfreich -Ebenso eine Liste der TV-Kanäle -Kleinigkeiten wie Eierbecher oder Schälmesser

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Mittendrin und mit tollem Blick auf den See. Küche ist top ausgestattet und modern. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Die Matratzen im Hauptschlafzimmer sind sehr hart und unbequem. Weichere Matratzen und die Wohnung wäre absolut perfekt!
