Villa Cameleon is a well-maintained country villa in a modern Canarian style. The large terrace with ocean views, featuring a heated pool and various seating and lounging areas, is one of the main attractions for guests. In addition, the villa consists of a main house and a guest house, allowing families or couples travelling together to enjoy their holiday together while still having their own private space. Of course, the main house and guest house are only rented out together. They have separate terraces and entrances, but are connected by a lockable door.

The property is nestled amid idyllic natural surroundings in Aguatavar, a area of Tijarafe.



Villa Cameleon 2:

Villa Cameleon offers a total of 150 square metres of space in the main house for up to 4 people (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and in the annex for an additional 2 people (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom).

A wonderful place for couples, holidays with friends, and even for families—perhaps with grandparents staying as well. The house stands out for its modern, stylish furnishings combined with typical elements of a Canarian country house.

Main House:
The well-maintained outdoor area with unobstructed ocean views features two furnished terraces (partially covered)—one in front of the bedroom and one in front of the living area. The sliding doors allow plenty of natural light into the house and provide direct access to the garden and pool. The pool (6 x 3 m) can be heated for an additional fee. While sunbathing on the numerous lounge chairs, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the west coast and the ocean. A grill is also available for guests’ use.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses. In addition to the master bedroom with a double bed, there is another bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks.

The modern L-shaped kitchenette is integrated into the spacious living area. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything you could need. The dining table seats up to 6 people. The natural stone fireplace creates a very cosy atmosphere—it’s the perfect spot to relax on the large sofa. A split-system air conditioner ensures a comfortable climate year-round, both in summer and winter.

Adjacent House:
The adjacent house has its own small garden, which is separated from the main house by tall vegetation. A private entrance leads into the adjacent house, allowing you to have complete privacy. A door connects the kitchen of the main house to the kitchen of the adjacent house, if desired. When occupied by 4 people, this door remains closed.

The guest house is equivalent to the main house in terms of both amenities and furnishings.
