Relax with the whole family in this delightful child, infant and pet-friendly coastal cottage. Within walking distance of King Arthur’s castle, the stunning South West coastal path and sandy beaches the cottage provides the ideal location for exploring North Cornwall. With a cosy log burner, super comfortable sofas and beds, and beautiful decor featuring local slate, wood and stone, not to mention a fully equipped kitchen you will look forward to returning from your outdoor pursuits!

Three comfortable bedrooms over two floors. The top floor is carpeted, and features a double bed, king size duvet and quality bed linens. This floor has sloping ceilings with opening velux windows with stunning views to the sea, and Tintagel village, and Tintagel castle.

The first floor features a beautiful wood floor with soft rugs in the bedrooms. The east facing double bedroom has views of manicured gardens and countryside and the coast and gets wonderful morning sunshine. The twin room is perfect for children. It features bright decor, plenty of storage and a wood panelled wall.

All rooms have modern electric radiators and double glazed windows so the house is warm and cosy even in winter.

The bathroom on the first floor has a bath with a shower and glass door, and both the bathroom and shower room have lovely stone sinks, and heated towel rails.

The stairs have a built in stair gate to keep children safe.

Downstairs, the hallway provides ample hanging space for coats and under stairs space for boots and shoes, leading to the living space which is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable evening - a smart TV, log burner with logs/kindling provided, plenty of blankets and cushions and Loaf furniture to relax on.

The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a washing machine. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment, even a blender and of course a Nespresso coffee machine.

Outside you have two gardens, the west facing back garden has a lawn and pretty planting tended to by our friendly gardener, and a tap where you can wash muddy paws if needed!

The front garden has a shed providing garden furniture, bbq and beach mats a lawn area and a raised deck overlooking the sheep field in front of the house offering far reaching views of the sea, coastline and fields of this stunning area of Cornwall.

Park in the spot provided outside the cottage and walk up the shared path, after which, access to the front garden, the entire cottage and the back garden is all yours!
