Everything about this hotel was exceptionally good, from checking in to checking out. Stuff was welcoming and are there 24/7 to help. I must one of the best hotel I have ever stayed.

Staff were individually friendly and helpful. But they did not follow through on requests for confirmation of actions e.g. Spa bookings made ahead of our stay required 2 "chases" before I got an email confirmation. Restaurant was not value for money hence when we stayed most people ate the bar ...
