Very clean hotel. It's exceptionally close to the line 3 Metrobus, and there's a VIPs Restaurant across the street and right next door a laundromat & OXXO Convenience. It's not fancy, but it's inexpensive and was VERY clean! The staff does an amazing job keeping it clean. Downside is it’s a ways from central Mexico City

The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay.
Missing shower heads in this hotel are apparently common.
Door handles are not secure, and deadbolts do not line up right so they are unusable.
Several items around the room, like the plastic covers for the toilet seat bolts, are missing.

Do not recommend! Room was very dirty, the bed sheets had hairs, the bathroom floor had hairs, the sink has toothpaste residue. This was a horrible experience for me and my family.
