It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer.
It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre.
The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud.
They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all.
It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

The Clayton Hotel fit the bill in so many ways: proximity to the airport (and shuttle service!), restaurants onsite (The Italian was delicious!!), friendly & helpful staff and a most comfortable room! Be aware there is no a/c, but you can open your window, although it is only for a couple of inches. ...
