They assisted us with luggage forwarding, which made traveling between cities much easier, and they were very accommodating with our schedule, we arrived very late at night and had to check out early in the morning, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The location is also very convenient. It was easy to reach different parts of Tokyo,...

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options. Convenience store is located on the bottom floor of the hotel and is open 24 hours. There is an italian and japanese restaurant in the hotel so lots of options for food and metro station is within walking distance.
