Nice hotel, rooms were decently sized, small but not tiny. Staff was amazing, on site laundry was a plus. Amenities were good, but located in the lobby, not in room. Hotel was dated/worn but overall clean.

Pretty decent beds. I slept really well, compared to other hotels on my trip. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

I did like the property, some of the staff was great. The hotel is clean and in short walking distance of many train stations. The only thing I encountered was that when I checked out one of the staff members was rude. She kept rushing me while I had my child behind me try to help me push anrounf the luggage. Either than that it was a delight.

Property is a little hard to find using Google maps, but it's through the alley behind the big APA hotel. Property is near a train station so it was easy to get around. The room was small, but that's to be expected in central Tokyo. The room also has some minor cosmetic damage, but the beds were comfortable and the room was otherwise clean. The room even has an air purifier. My only real gripe is that there were so few outlets in a room for 4 people!!

Very conveniently located for the metro - only 3 - 4 mins walk to 2 stations, so there is a good choice of metro lines. Great number of cafes and restaurants to choose from for food and also several Family marts/7-11 convenience stores for snacks etc. All these are just outside the hotel. Very efficient and friendly staff who speak good English.
All the amenities are provided in the lobby so you just help yourself. Very quiet rooms, considering the location.

Property was situated very near Akasaka Tran station, which we loved. However the hallways smelled of mildew and the property needs to be updated. Furnishings were old, wallpaper peeling off etc.

The room was tiny. I had rented a room with 2 twin beds and 2 sofa bed for 4 people. When I asked for sheets for the sofa beds I was told that it would cost $ 2200 yen per day for them to make it up every day. So they won’t give me the sheets unless I pay for them to made up everyday. I also asked them for 1 extra blanket and was told that they can’t give it to me. Won’t recommend

The location is excellent. Room is a relatively small but reasonable as compared to the price. The only issue is the TV with only Japanese channels. The CNN channel didn't work throughout my stay.

The room was average size for Tokyo (small by other standards), but what sold us on this hotel was the location. It was close to the subway station, which made it easy to get around Tokyo.

The employees were great in helping us with luggage storage after checkout, and freebies such as water bottles, extension cords, and other amenities available in the lobby. The only real item that can be improved is the carpet in our unit. It has seen better days, and it seemed like it needed to be replaced or a deep clean. They did provide slippers to wear in the unit though. I chose this location because of the proximity to the metro station and it did not disappoint. Would stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to metro and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Great amenities but room was just a bit small for 2 adults and an 8 year old but would be ideal for a couple. Cleanliness let it down a bit as it was not dusted down very well. Easy fix. We would stay here again no question.

When checking in, I was never told that they will charge 3000 yen for a missing card key. Only when I was checking out in a rush they claimed that big amount of money which just seems like their tactic to collect extra cash. Other payment methods were certainly displeased.
