Need to walk 10 mins to iron station, but it’s quite area. The room is big and clean.

Overall it was a good stay but I specifically chose this hotel because it said they had luggage storage. Once it was time to checkout I was informed that there was no luggage storage available which was frustrating. Aside from that the hotel room was spacious and clean.

The room was spacious and clean. Location was great, 10-15 min walk to Japan's biggest Kura, Senso-ji temple and Nakamise Dori street market. If you want to buy souvneirs, Don Quijote is around that area. The only issue I had was that the dryer did not function too well, my clothes were only half dry and some had a weird smell afterward. I would go back and stay there next time. I love the 4 queen sized beds.

Mis-communication strongly, No space in storage room for leaving luggages This made me put in the trouble situation, inconvenience, helplessness from Staff’s hotel The hotel had good facilities, cleanliness but quite far from Ueno station but can walking.

I live in Japan and have stayed at several Minn pros. The hotel was nice and room was large. We heard a few weird noises during our stay and didn't know what it was. Later we found rat poop in our bed and discovered the sound we were hearing was mice in the wall. We messaged the hotel to tell them about this issue and all they did was come verify there was rat poop in my bed and say sorry. So disappointing and gross. Will not be staying at any Minn hotels in the future.

we feel unsafe as someone keep pressing our passcode lock early in the morning, and the other day a man/staff even entered our room at 6am without any notice, we were shocked as we 3 girls are in bed still, no apologies at all when he left the room. the door there without door eye, no extra lock which can lock inside and no door bell, not a pleasant experience.
