"ARE you kidding me. This place blew us away. Sitting on a hill with the views of Umbria you dream of. Host personally met us. She was wonderful. This is on of the BEST VRBO's that we have ever stayed. Full kitchen BBQ. Bedding is high end comfortable. Road is unpaved up to house but SO WORTH IT. Just be aware if you have rented a car don't get a low sitting car. "

"A wonderful villa with magnificent view - the photos don't do it justice. Great to get away from life for a week, enjoy the garden and pool, and see local area. Note it's a 15 min drive to the nearest road junction - but for us part of the charm and location."

"Had a lovely stay at Palazzetto Nesse. The owners were very thoughtful and helpful. Their attention to details and little welcoming presents were much appreciated. The house is very clean, charming and cosy. I loved relaxing in the backyard garden between the sightseeing journeys. It was a great place to explore Umbria and the surroundings. "
