The room was really hot and we couldn’t open the window because sash cord was broken. The room is nice but the sound proofing terrible: we couldn’t open hear every word spoken through the wall! However beautiful location and great staff.

"Special thanks to the front desk staff Paul he’s really nice & friendly and made our stay exceptionally good. We stayed in chalet where is clean and well maintained. Parking is good as can park your car at the front of the room. Definitely will book again and highly recommended."

"stayed there one night in June, it is an older facility but our room looked like it was recently renovated. The room was very clean but small. I did find it very expensive for what it was. But I guess that's what you have to expect in Fort William in June. Not much Hotel competition."
