"You really couldn’t ask for a better resort with young children. I have seen this hotel for years and it definitely lived up to the hype. My two kids never ran out of stuff to do. We had a three bedroom villa and it was absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed the seafood pasta at both restaurants and the kids menus were diverse to cater to any preferences. We spent a lot of time at the resort, but also left to go to neighboring towns and it is a beautiful area to explore if you have a car."

"We went through the online check in process and got annoyed once as it didn't save my progress when the kid grabbed my phone and minimized the app. It did make access smooth but wasn't necessary as there was staff at the front desk when we arrived (we weren't sure we would be in time for that). Really convenient grocery store around the corner and plenty of free parking but off season the restaurants were all closed most of the time (not really our thing to eat out but thought I'd mention it because we saw people wandering looking for food). We walked to the fort after driving to the lighthouse the day before and seeing how it was on the way. Awesome nature preserve accessed by going through the fort with a wonderful walk and views."

"Gorgeous views and well appointed room. Sunrise and sunset both viewed from balcony during our stay late November. Breakfast included a great variety of healthy options. The property provides easy access to all walkable trails in the area and direct access to Praia da Mareta "

"Small surfing town with this facility 5-20min from everything. Located on a quiet residential road with front door parking, storm shutters for black out shades, AC, private deck, lovely kitchen set up, and super comfy beds. There was a slight delay in our check in but we didn’t feel this affected our experience. "

"We loved our stay! Cozy, clean house with character in the perfect spot—quiet street but close to everything. Plenty of restaurants and 3 beaches within walking distance. Isabel & Eric were super friendly with great recommendations and knowledge about the area. Definitely recommend this home!"

"The house was in a perfect location. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very nice to come “home” to after visiting multiple beaches and hiking everyday. I personally think the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been."
