"Great property in Tonto Basin. Under 20min to the Cholla boat ramp on Roosevelt and about 45min to Burnt Coral ramp on Apache Lake. Spotless and well stocked with Great communication! Loved the covered parking for the boat!"

"The staff was very pleasant. The grounds were okay the room was okay clean. The bag was horrible very uncomfortable and soft. The only major problem was not being able to use the amenities on Saturday. Apparently there were baseball teams staying at the motel and families because of tournaments that were held all weekend. Probably a total of 50 young boys with their families. Families were not being responsible and allowed kids to throw baseballs and footballs back and forth in the parking lot so several of us patrons had to guard our cars for protection. They were very noisy at night and took over the pool and jacuzzi until 9:00 at night so we couldn't use it. Very very unhappy about that. The staff did their best to keep order but without the parents maintaining order with their kids they were somewhat outnumbered. We were tempted to call the police but didn't. Don't know if we would stay there again."

"Cozy mountain getaway, well off the beaten tourist traps, nestled high on top of the hill as the last house at the end of the curvy road up to a breath-taking, picturesque view of the lush valley brimming with wildlife below. Well-lit porch leads to front door that opens to reveal a spacious, well-lit living room with an oversized television, books, games, puzzles, and amusements for all ages. The dining area accommodates 6; a dated but well-furnished kitchen includes every necessity you could want or need, from pasta to jelly! Upstairs holds a spacious loft that could sleep 3, lined with bookshelves and a half bath. Master bedroom at the end of the hall holds a king-sized bed, dresser, armoire, 2 night tables, chair, and cozy reading area. Plenty of extra linens were provided. The master bath was well lit with a vintage skylight illuminating the full bath with shower, vanity, and toilet. All amenities were provided. Paper was even folded as a "bow!" Small gym located downstairs & a cute dog run. Age-related issues already stated in other reviews. Use caution on the deck when enjoying morning coffee with the elk! And watch footing on loose tiles in kitchen and bath. Those desiring to use the grill may wish to bring their own lighter. A very secluded spot to appreciate nature."
