"My partner and I stayed here for a 2 night break.. Front of house staff couldn't have been more accommodating..We even had a free upgrade to a sea view room..The only negative was that the room was out the front and there was a busy main road, which boy racers used as a racing strip.. We would definitely stay here again but we would choose a room out the back.. The breakfast here was outstanding.. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.."

"The parking area was small, but did manage to find a space. Great for location. Near to the beach and bars/restaurants. Hotel lovely and clean. Very nice staff. Beds absolutely fabulous! So comfortable. Shower disappointing. Just a shower tray and slow flow water. Did the job though. Lovely breakfast. Would stay again. Thanks."

"Great location, nice spa & breakfast, lots of info prior to arrival just not told we needed a physical card for the £20 room deposit which then amounted to £150 if you don’t have a card present even though everything else doesn’t need one…not super happy but didn’t have a choice! Robe & slipper hire charge £15 is excessive in my opinion too!"

"The property enjoys a good location; just a few minutes from the beach. The facilities provided are very good, with the option to prepare your own meals if you don’t want to eat out every day.It was great to have a designated off street parking space.The host was very friendly and welcoming.The only slight challenge we encountered were the stairs, which our elderly parents found a little challenging at times, especially when they were a bit tired.We particularly enjoyed feeding the ducks on the pond just down the hill from the property using the food dispenser."

"We had a biggish room with a huge bed. Very helpful armchairs and a settee. Bathroom was small but adequate with a roomy shower which was very easy to use. Breakfast menu was very varied and choices were very well cooked. The continental breakfast had a lovely choice with various cereals and fruit and yoghurts. The only problem for us was the parking. The property has 3 parking places so first come first served. As I am disabled the road is uphill and we had to park quite a way uphill which would have been very difficult for me but my husband would drop me off and then get the car when we went out. Other than that a very value for money B & B"
