"Their computers were down at check-in so I had to walk around for a couple hours. No acknowledgment of my Marriott rewards status and no offer or mention of upgrades. My room was adjoining which I hate. My room also looked beaten up and weathered. Otherwise, the staff were all great, the food was excellent, and use of the spa . locker room cam free with my stay. Good place but I'll try another hotel next time"

"It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and it was super comfortable and the ambiance was great as well as the view and the fact that it’s downtown and close to everything in walking distance is fantastic. the only things I didn’t like was the gap at the bottom of the door. You could see in if you got down and looked under it, you could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway and in the hall you could hear everything happening in the rooms and the main shower head in the room didn’t work only the...

"I had a great stay. It was an awesome location and for the price…wow! The only thing I would say is the kitchen was a little bare for a “full kitchen”. There was no oven, two small burners and two large pot/pan that would not boil water. The continental breakfast was perfect though, a lot of options and very efficient. Overall, it was the perfect stay."

"Had a room with field view. Was neat until after the games. Bright spot lights shined into room all night long even through curtain cracks and holes. Cleaning crew cleaned stadium all night long with pressure washer. From 11pm-6am and start up again at 7am.. sounded like someone mowing their lawn outside my window all night. I get they have to clean but maybe make attempts at making rooms more sound proof. Not a wink of sleep was had. "
