Great place, amazing decor, comfortable beds. Unfortunately the elevators have many issues but not too severely, it can just be frustrating at times. Perfect location for downtown tourism.

Finding the suite was a bit confusing as it is separated in to Loft and Tower, was not told which we should go to. Had to figure out on our own. Otherwise, this is a great rental. Very clean and comfortable. View is breathtaking, within walking distance to a lot of attractions.

Perfect location next to CN Tower with balcony views of tower and lake. Disappointed to be given a suite without sofa bed (our booking was ‘with’ sofa bed which was needed for our family group). Customer services excellent and provided an inflatable mattress instead.

The layout of the suite is practical and comfortable, but the condition of the pullout couch was not satisfactory, it’s uneven and quite worn. There was also a broken lampshade, it’s a small detail but when you walk in and turn on a lamp first thing, the shade shouldn’t fall right off! The location is excellent and convenient, and made up for the small short comings of the room
