Great with all the amenities. Cozy living room, gas stove and BBQ, fast wifi. The renovated bathroom has a deep soaker tub and rain shower plus heated floors. Main bedroom has blackout curtains and an air purifier. On a quiet street in a friendly part of town. Parking for one average-sized car. A tastefully decorated live-in home that is only occasionally rented out.

You're steps away from the subway, great coffee and several restaurants. Within 15-minute walk to many, many restaurants on Bloor St. We have one full bedroom with a walk-in closet and an office with a comfy murphy bed. Or if you prefer a bit of privacy, the basement features a couch that turns into a bed. Enjoy your own private bathroom and shower.
