"Love this location! First time in Toronto and it was very walkable to the sights we wanted to see, close to public transport! Parking price was not included but absolutely worth paying, garage has tight corners so take it slow. Check in and check out were very easy, room was ready and very clean! We were very happy with our stay! Didn’t try breakfast but the restaurant looked nice from what we could see."

"We had a great impression of Great Canadian Resort Casino Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the ongoing security staff strike outside the hotel made our stay very inconvenient and uncomfortable. We were hesitant to leave because we were unsure if we would be allowed back in. Traveling with a child made this even more difficult. At one point, our daughter urgently needed to use the washroom, and we explained that we needed to return to our room. Instead, we were told to use the washroom at Tim Hortons. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering how much we paid for our stay. We understand the strike may be beyond the hotel's control, but this was NOT a good experience at all and significantly affected our stay."
