Forming part of Mount Brioni, a small holiday complex, this apartment is set in landscaped grounds and benefits from a reception and lobby with guest laundry facilities.

Located in our West wing, this generous two-bedroom, ground floor upgraded holiday apartment provides lovely sea views from the outdoor seating area to the front and from the living area and master bedroom.
Benefitting from an open-plan living area, this 4-Star holiday apartment has a refitted kitchen and is decorated in muted tones. The refurbished kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. The two reclining sofas provide a great place to relax with an LCD TV with integrated Freeview and DVD player. The bathroom has been refitted and is fully tiled with a large walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror. Two spacious bedrooms, one double and another twin complete this appealing apartment. Outside is a terrace with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views and communal gardens.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.
