Perfectly located in the heart of Cawsand, this stylish two-bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests – ideal for families, couples, or friends on a coastal getaway, as well as those seeking a longer seaside retreat.

Step outside to the terrace garden, or head up the stone steps to the upper garden terrace with magnificent sea views – an ideal spot for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are light-filled and restful, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The contemporary bathroom features both a bath and a shower for added comfort.
Just a 2-minute stroll brings you to the sandy beach, village pubs, and local shops – everything you need for a relaxed holiday by the coast.

No Parties This property is strictly not suitable for parties or events. Any breach will result in immediate removal without refund, and your deposit may be used to cover additional costs. Please note: this is a quiet residential area – quiet hours apply after 9:00 pm.
No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £500 charge will be applied if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any related damage.

🔥 Wood-Burning Stove Starter logs are provided for your stay. Further supplies can be purchased easily from the local shops in town. This Danish stove uses a "top down lighting method" Please follow notes on "How to Light Your Scan 67 Stove" to ensure problem free use and a great fire!
