Stunning Sea Views from this Cosy 1 Bedroom Apartment

This good sized one bedroom ground floor apartment is located in our East Wing. Excellent sea views can be enjoyed from inside and out thanks to bi-fold doors that open out to an outdoor seating area overlooking the grounds and the sea. The apartment is dog friendly.

This 4 Star Gold holiday apartment benefits an open-plan layout and wood floors throughout. It feels cosy but contemporary with your eyes being constantly drawn to the amazing view of the sea through the bi-fold doors. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and full range of utensils. Two large leather sofas give plenty of opportunity to relax, complete with a Smart TV for those rainy days. Glass bi-fold doors provide access to the terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs bordering the landscaped grounds and overlooking the sea. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, a fitted double wardrobe, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps and a chest of drawers. French doors in the bedroom provide countryside views and access to the rear car park. The bathroom comprises a large walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and a mirror.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from a dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.

Perfect location for exploring Cornwalls South East Coast

Mount Brioni apartments are super clean, tidy, well equipped and perfectly situated overlooking the sea…..the ideal place if your wanting to relax after exploring Looe, Seaton, Downderry and the surrounding areas. Many thanks to Jackie and John for being super hosts, we throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!
