It is a stunningly well-presented two bedroom house occupying the east wing of a grand Victorian villa. The contemporary living space and stylish accommodation is arranged over three floors and both bedrooms are en-suite. The house is entirely private and benefits from covered parking right outside the front door and a large south facing sun terrace also a full size balcony from the lounge both offering spectacular views over Torre Abbey Sands and out to sea.

There is just a 5-minute walk to the harbour and Torquay’s town centre with its specialist shops, cafés and restaurants. Living Coasts, Torquay’s own marine park is nearby. Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village and Bygones are a short drive or bus ride away. Torquay station is a short walk with fast trains into London, Exeter and the rest of England.

Inside, the house is furnished tastefully in a contemporary style and has high specification LED mood lighting in the kitchen and living room. The living area and first bedroom have floor to ceiling feature windows and enjoy spectacular views.
