"We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel in Ravenna. The front desk staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The evening bar staff was also excellent and provided great service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center square, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again!"

"Hotel Diana was lovely and very convenient. Both Philip and the day time Lady who worked behind the front desk, were great. Both helpful and kind - that goes a long way when you are tired and stressed from travel. The breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety. If something was missing and you asked, it was delivered quickly. My only complaint is dealing with entitled people in the dining area - BUT that is certainly not the hotel's fault. "It was a very secure property. Beautiful from the foyer to the courtyard. There were grand sitting areas that were both comfortable and elegant. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hostess was so pleasant and waiting to assist us. The gentleman that checked us in was accommodating since we could not get there during our normal check in time. He even gave us tips on how to get to the boat port and food suggestions. We were very pleased. The only thing that was difficult is they hold you to the time you say you will check in. Punctuality with the check in time is very important to this establishment. Would definitely return."
