Great staffing of hotel. Very friendly and helpful. But I feel a 4 stars rating is overrated. Great showering system. But shower curtain is very flimsy and short so the entire bathroom floor is inundated after every shower. The flushing mechanism of the toilet takes the biscuit. It’s weak and nonsubstantial. Maybe in just our room? Rm134. There are ample parking spaces around the hotel. So guests could save 10euros each day. Breakfast was substantial so this is great. There is no port or watery features around. So don’t be misled by its name.

Very handy location. Metro 10 minute walk. Lidl market tight by. Small pool however great after a day exploring! Staff were excellent. Food in restaurant was varied. Overall. A good place to stay out of the city and best the airport - not noisy at all!!

The hotel was beautifully renovated in historical area. Friendly staff, and nice new clean room with a lot of amenities. Parking was an issue but they were incredibly helpful and it was underneath the hotel, which is great when wanting to leave for the day. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff and we really enjoyed the great location in heart of historical area.

"Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze! Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly ..."
