"Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t find the underground carpark, but sainsburys was close and no problem there. Really nice touch having a fridge in the room. The only thing missing for me was ice. It was available in the bar which was open til half 9, but we got back late after a show at pavilions, and I have a huge addition to ice cubes! I got through it so it’s okay, it’s just a personal thing, there’s always tea and coffee, but I’m yet to find a hotel to accommodate the need for ice late at night! Although we didn’t eat, the food smelled great as we passed by and having looked through the menu, very reasonably priced too. Thank you all for a very comfortable stay xx"

"The place feels a bit shabby in parts, especially the swimming pool area, but the staff are awesome and the sea view rooms are worth the upgrade. The place is ideal if you're arriving by train as it's right next door!"
