Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. They did not put us in the original room booked but found a room as we booked after the first night. We would stay again. Seeing both rooms some are in better condition than others but they all were clean and spacious for a room in London.

El hotel es comodo, limpio y esta bien ubicado, tiene estacion de bus a 5 minutos y de tren a 15 min. El servicio es normal nada especial pero cordiales. Las opciones del desayuno son limitadas y no muy buenas, diria que fue la mayor decepción. La cama y almohadas comodas, la ducha principal con poca presion pero con la ducha telefono se compensaba. Es una opcion precio/calidad justa.

Fabulous location for Heathrow Airport
"Very close to Heathrow airport and the runways. We weren’t able to hear the planes from our room which was looking in the option direction to the runway. Very friendly check in staff. We used the public bus which we caught from Terminal 3 bus station which was easy to find from the tube station. ..."
