Villa Miluva - Maison climatisée avec piscine

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Lapeyrouse-Fossat, we offer you this charming 160 m² air-conditioned single-storey house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) and a 1,200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 60 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 gigone bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed (160x190), baby cot and WC
- Two bathrooms: one with shower and WC and one with bathtub and ironer
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, steamer.

Exterior:
- A private, heated swimming pool (8x4) open from May to September with a protective cover.
- A lovely 1,200 m² fenced garden with children's play area
- A 66 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for sunny days
- A 27 m² north-facing terrace at the rear of the house, with furniture.

The house is ideally located in Lapeyrouse-Fossat, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Tennis courts within walking distance (basketball, soccer, tennis...)
- Visit the village with its narrow streets and traditional stone buildings
- Visit Toulouse (16 km away)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
