8.8/10 Excellent! (686 reviews)
(EN:) Great experience overall. The front desk staff and management were extremely attentive, helpful, and polite. Breakfast is simple and doesn’t offer a huge variety, but it covers the basics well. The location is excellent, although we did have some issues with the side street being blocked at certain times of the day, which prevented taxis from getting through. This happened when we were leaving for the airport and we almost missed our flight because of it. The room itself is very small and cramped, and the bathroom is literally right next to the bed, which can be quite uncomfortable when sharing the room with someone. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would try to book a larger room. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. —— Português: Ótima experiência no geral.

Great, small hotel near the centre of Paris. Wonderful staff who were really helpful. Room was good sized with a large bathroom, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet, but coffee, water and snacks were available all day and for free.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (260 reviews)
We paid on average $1400/nt for what is presented as a five-star Relais & Châteaux hotel. Our experience was closer to a three-star property and absolutely not worth the price. Our room had broken taps, housekeeping left cleaning supplies behind, and trash wasn’t removed. At breakfast, we encountered dirty dishes, glasses with lipstick on them, wet menus covered in dirt and debris, and stale bread. After trying breakfast twice, we stopped eating there. Service was equally poor. Staff constantly rotated, no one took ownership of our complaints. The hotel has virtually no amenities, making the lack of attentive service even more glaring. The hotel also failed to properly warn us about police checkpoints during planned street closures or tell us we needed proof of our hotel stay to get back. The hotel should have given us advance notice and proper paperwork that the police would need to get in. We were left to fend for ourselves. After two nights, we had enough and moved hotels to salvage our trip. The hotel initially refused to refund our unused nights. We finally negotiated a one-night refund, only to later be told they would deduct Hotels.com’s commission from the agreed amount. A manager never returned our repeated calls. Luxury prices without luxury standards. This hotel was a disaster. Stay away.
