"Absolutely Perfect! I know, that's a lot, so the headlines are: Location: stunning. Grounds and gardens beautifully maintained. Staff: Friendly, helpful, professional and engaging. Rooms/spaces: immaculately clean, well appointed and comfortable. Food: delicious and generous; I really appreciated the thoughtful vegetarian and vegan choices (the papardelle is delightful, oh, and the tiramisu...) Specific shout out for Dagmara in Harry's, she's just so good at what is an incredibly hard job. She's constantly scanning the restaurant to look for that customer trying to attract the attention of staff. She's friendly and personable. Answering customer questions and ensuring customer satisfaction - all with a professional persona and genuine interest in customers. Highly recommended, would love to return."

Hotel La Tour

"Disabled friendly. Bedroom Door had two peep holes, taking into consideration wheelchair and small people. Light fitting and plug sockets were also taken into account. Plus the bathroom was set up as a wet room, including a high raise toilet. For security reasons you had a safe in your room, found inside a cupboard. Your key would only allow access to the floor were your room was. Plus the top floor for restaurant and bar. Ground floor for gym. The hotel was sound proof. You can order room service between 10 pm and 6am. They have a small menu to choose from. Minimum fee is £20. You pay as you order. Only set back is the hotel works on card payment only. So allow for this when you’re staying there. Usually when I stop in a hotel, I fine it difficult to sleep. This time I find the bed very comfortable and I felt rested the next day."
