"Home was as advertised and was great. Simple easy walk to the beach, right next to a coffee spot, short ride to multiple restaurants with some within walking distance. Would recommend."

"The units are older but the square footage was good, and I liked the layout. There is a sitting room off the bedroom which provided additional sitting space in addition to the living/dining area. I'm not wild about the fact that check-in ends at 5 p.m. If you check in later, they provide a code to a lock box outside the rental office and leave an envelope with your unit number, key or door code and location to your unit. We had an issue the first night with the smoke alarms beeping and had to remove the batteries. The problem was resolved the next morning. Nice pool and small putting green. Nice restaurant next door."

"Too many codes to remember to get on unit, enter pool,use pool restroom, and enter gate from beach to condo. Ended up walking barefoot around the building to get back in. Closets with beach gear are stuffed to the gills with a lot of things that are showing age. The unit was well set up for four adults and two kids 3 and 1. The building and facilities are top notch. The beach is so close it made packing up the kids and enjoying the water a breeze. Wish check out was a bit later so we had more time to pack and straighten out the unit."

"We loved the convenient location and clean accommodations! We stayed here for a quick get away at the end of August. We had never stayed in the area, but we loved it. The beach access is right across the street and there is a cross walk right to it. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. It was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella shade. There was plenty of room in the rental and we were provided with some start up supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, bar soap and paper towels. We arrived after midnight, so we appreciated the easy access to the rental with a simple code. We had a rental car and getting to Wal Mart and other shops and restaurants was fairly quick. We also drove to John’s Pass which was an easy drive. We had great communication from the owner and would definitely stay here again."

"We just had a wonderful time and this condo made everything so easy. The kids could run up from the beach to get a snack, have a break etc. There were a ton of great restaurants accessible, coffee, bars. The showers had great pressure, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We hope to be back!"

"LOVED IT!!!!! Our first experience booking here so we weren’t sure what to expect. The condo was beautiful! So spacious and CLEAN! It was decorated really cute and had such a great beachy vibe! It’s on the beach so we could just walk out and the ocean was waiting right there. There were beach chairs and toys in the condo that were available to utilize as well so that was awesome. Appreciated!!! The kitchen has all you need to make meals if you’re eating at home. Washer and dryer available which was helpful. We had all that we needed to feel completely at home. There’s a bird sanctuary next door so we could sit out on the balcony each morning and listen to and watch the birds It was very relaxing and peaceful! Overall, we’d give this place a 10/10. We definitely look forward to coming back again! Thanks for having us!"
