The staff are also a real asset of this hotel and it is plain to see that the ownership and management are now determined to continuously improve and look after this great hotel. "My husband was locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door lock and had to be freed by staff. I also reported a wall light fitting hanging loosely from the bedroom wall. Very worrying lack of maintenance and safety checks."
