Acceptable for the price

Friendly and helpful staff but the place is a bit run down. There is a strong smell of cleaning products and the room on ground floor is very damp and moldy. I'd recommend looking in the never part of town; east of the train station

La ducha sale fría aún después de esperar 15 minutos que fue el tiempo que me dijo el recepcionista que tardaba. El check in ponía a las 12:00, al llegar nos dijo que no estaba la habitación lista porque había que llamar dos horas antes, cosa que no tiene sentido. El desayuno está Bastante bien igual que la ubicación. Lo último es el acceso a la habitación, tienes que subir una escalera minúscula de caracol

Indicazioni in parte non corrispondenti alla descr

Ho espressamente cercato un B & B con parcheggio, ma non hanno parcheggio, nonostante che nella descrizione indicava che ci fosse, infatti ho dovuto lasciare la macchina negli spazi a pagamento sulla strada. Inoltre la strada che porta al B&B NON è percorribile con la macchina, bisogna arrivarci a piedi.

L'unica nota positiva è solo ed esclusivamente lo staff, cortese e disponibile. La struttura è uno scempio: odore sgradevole già appena si entra (camuffato da forti profumatori) umidissima, con muffa, fatiscente, con assenza di manutenzione in ogni sua parte, bagno completamente rovinato, tubature rumorose, moschini sul cibo della colazione....Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera che ci è stato concesso per la seconda notte, con un extra da pagare, e fin qui nessun problema: la seconda stanza era peggio della prima e non aggiungo altro. Non è pensabile affittare camere in questo stato pietoso. Assolutamente da evitare.

Dårligt indeklima, grim lugt, fugtigt værelse

Ophold svarede IKKE til det vi var stillet i udsigt. Vi fik en mørk kælderlejlighed der stank jordslået. Der var ikke køleskab, som lovet. Vi blev mødt af en kvalmende og kraftig kemisk blomster-lugt, da vi trådte ind på værelset. Der var gjort pænt rent og klar, MEN efter en kraftig udluftning gik det op for os at blomster lugt var for at camouflere den grimme lugt af gammel fugt. Selv den ekstra dyne i garderoben lugtede hengemt og jordslået. Personalet indstillede aircon til "tørring" efter roomservice og det var tydeligt at dette også var for at camouflere at det var et ildelugtende værelse. Vi sov nærmest ikke om natten, da lugten var gennemtrængende og den ene af os kunne endda "smage" lugten. Værelset svarede slet ikke til det viste på hotels.com Der er overvågning overalt. Kagen som.serveres til morgenmad står fremme i morgenmadslokalet i flere dage. Den kvindelige mad-mor/rengøringsdame var utrolig sød men talte desværre ikke engelsk. Receptionisten talte engelsk.
Værelsets eneste vindue. Halvvejs kælder værelse. Stort hul i det fluenet der var banket på vinduesramme.

It was OK!

It was OK. Staff definitely very nice and helpful! I was supposed to be in Cortile di Venere, but I got room in a place round the corner. Paid Superior room, but I feel I didn’t get one, instead got a classic room. If not, I would not understand why this would be Superior. Pictures definitely don’t meet expectations and do not fit to how the real room looked like, room was too small, but was OK for one person for two nights. I initially wanted to call hotels.com to discuss the situation, but I eventually gave up as it was clean and I was lazy. The room itself was clean and even cleaned up properly when I was gone, I was surprised (in a positive way). Fridge is not in the room, but was allowed to use the one in breakfast area. Breakfast was OK! Internet was not working from time to time.

Bellissima esperienza in una città inaspettatamente molto molto bella. Proprietà e personale della struttura tutti stragentili, sicuramente una marcia in più per una location bella, ma ovviamente migliorabile in piccoli dettagli. Bella la stanza dove però sarebbe comodo avere un minifrigo e un ulteriore consiglio è sulla colazione buona, ma abbastanza monotona per chi rimane più giorni. Ottimo b&b in centro

Camere molto belle, nuove e dotate di tutti i comfort. Unica pecca è che ci sono da fare le scale perché manca l'ascensore, ma il personale sì è offerto di aiutarmi con la valigia. Personale gentile e sempre molto disponibile x informazioni turistiche o altro. Buona la colazione sia salata che dolce. Posizione ottima x girare a piedi il centro e varie possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Consigliato sicuramente.

Ottima Location, nel complesso positivo

Ottima posizione rispetto alla città e ai parcheggi. Accoglienza eccellente e servizio ottimo. Colazione sufficiente, negli ultimi 2 giorni i vicini di Camera hanno però fatto eccessivo rumore durante la notte, ovviamente non é colpa del B&B, i muri non sono molto isolati dai rumori. Camera un Po piccolina ma OK per vacanza, mobili da aggiustare leggermente (cerniere armadio).

Es handelte sich um einen Kurzaufenthalt in Trapani, wobei ich arbeitsbedingt eigentlich mehr ausserhalb der Stadt war (Palermo, Selinunt) und nur abends in der Stadt selber.

ごめんなさい。ホテルスタッフはとても親切で良かったのですが宿泊施設そのものはいろいろと難がありました。 私が一番低いランクの部屋を選択したのですべてにあてはまるかどうか分かりますんが、 メインの入り口のドアの建てつけが悪く、ドアを開けるのにかなりの力を要しました。 自分の部屋に上がるまで球で狭いらせん階段を上るしか方法がなく、大きな荷物がある場合は大変です。 冷蔵庫の代わりが小さなワインセラー。２Ｌの水は入らないしあまり冷えない。 テレビの写りが悪い。 Wi-Fiの感度が低い。 値段相応と言えばそれまでですが、近所に同じ価格帯のレジデンスは他にもあるので慎重に鉾の宿泊施設との比較検討をしてみてみてください。
