A cosy apartment of about 80 square metres, sleeping up to 4 people, located on the THIRD floor of a building without an lift. The apartment is in a prime location, situated in the heart of the historic centre and 650 metres from the Port of Trapani, from which ships and hydrofoils depart for the Egadi Islands, Pantelleria, Tunisia, and Sardinia. The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and all major amenities are nearby.

The interior is laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with an induction cooktop (4 burners), refrigerator, moka pot and capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, double sofa bed, and 50-inch flat-screen TV;

- BEDROOM with double bed, closet, and chest of drawers;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet with bidet;

- GUEST BATHROOM with sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, A/C with heat pumps (split units in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom), washing machine (in the guest bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, soundproof windows, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the third floor WITHOUT an lift.



The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Trapani, which is €2.50 for up to 5 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight

EUR 40 from midnight to 1:30 AM



Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
