"The property is located next to a busy highway so very noisy, but is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were fruit, cold cereals, toast, pancakes and yogurt. The location was great - older property. It well maintained."

"We stayed at the house for three weeks. It was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to many things. Communication was easy and prompt. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and they had someone solving the problem the next day. "

"Wonderful home, uniquely decorated, spotlessly clean. Hot tub pristine too.Family group visiting Nana who lives at a ALF apt in Port Charlotte, perfect home for a couple of adult children, grandchildren and a grandbaby to all visit with Mom! She came for a couple of family dinners and '26 Winter Olympics viewing. Nicely equipted kitchen too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! The Craib Clan "

"The host locked us out and took all of our belongings a day before scheduled checkout. Items included computer, important medications, passport, clothes, toiletries and golf travel bags. She only tried contacting me once via email that afternoon while we were golfing. No other attempts were made to contact us. We didn’t get our belongings back until 10pm that night, and we had a 5am departure the next morning. Very very inconvenient "

"The pool was the highlight of our stay, which was warm and inviting. We spent our days exploring various beaches and the nights swimming, fishing off the dock, and relaxing in the covered outdoor area."

"Safety and privacy were not made a priority. The entry door into the unit had a glass window panel - there was a covering over the bottom half, but the top window was clear glass no cover, anyone could look in and see the living area and kitchen. The brown curtains in the front bedroom were see thru - streetlight shown into the room and again I could see out and anyone could see me inside Locks on the back bedroom and bathroom doors and door knobs were stuck in the locked position. Response from Vacasa when repotted was we provided picture of the unit you should have known about these things - curtains were open in the front bedroom photo, entry door showed cover on both panes of glass. Disappointed in situation and lack of response from Vacasa even after I sent photos of the see thru curtains and the entry door. "
