"Smell of room was atrocious. Smell throughout most of hotel was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Carpet in room had wet spots overnight. Can hear every single step above you if you are on the first store. Other than that, Enjoy!"

"Restaurant was not open for lunch!! ALL hotels should have their restaurants open. For $350 a night or more, our options were chips at the self checkout! Not conducive to the price I paid. "

"I chose this hotel because of the price, the photographs and the reviews. Unfortunately, had there been photographs of the exterior of this hotel, I would not have chosen it. It is very old and run down. The room walls had places where the paint was off the walls from where something had been ripped off the walls. Our slider on our balcony didn't even close let alone lock. We were very disappointed but too tired to complain."

"Staff was extremely friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathroom vent didn’t work. The beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was ok. Most best westerns I have been to serve either pancakes or waffles They didn’t. At least not the day we started. It was FINE I ate a muffin and apple and checked out. I’d stay somewhere else just because of the bed. Nothing in mystic is super close to each other. "

"We had an amazing stay here- the house was awesome. So many helpful items already there. The kids and adults loved the game room and I loved the hot tub and laundry! The location was fabulous- so close to mystic and Rhode Island beaches!"
