"David and Elvira are fantastic hosts who ensure that your stay is very personal. The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!"

"Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)"

"Wonderful owners, fantastic complementary full English breakfast, very clean in historic building right in the middle of all the food and shops in Llandudno. Short walk to the pier and the Great Orme tram. They even allowed us to check in a couple hours early! Will definitely be staying again next time I visit Llandudno from the states!"

"A one night stay to allow my son and I to stay over after climbing Snowdon.
Perfectly located, a premium was paid because of this. A simple twin bedded room in the coach house, ideal for our needs. A bath was appreciated, bubble bath would have been a nice touch.
Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. This was consistent throughout the hotel, especially the young man serving in the bar in the evening and also a waitress at breakfast in the morning.
The breakfast was self service and substantial. Highly recommended.
An all round excellent stay, £166, breakfast included and free parking."
"A short but fantastic stay whilst attending a wedding nearby. Room was excellent and breakfast really good.
Made use of a discounted rate for spa access which was much needed!"
"When we arrived staff were lovely and friendly. The family room we had was on the top floor so although its a family room its not ideal when you have a baby or toddlers as we had to leave our strollers in the car. When we got to our room the children found chocolate on the floor which we had to dispose of and we found rubbish still in the room. Some of the shampoo bottles were already open and were leaking on the shelf next to the bath. The room was nice apart from that. The beds were made well.
It wasnt very convenient trying to get all our luggage through the dinning room to get to our room and as we were leaving also i bumped into someone having breakfast as i was trying to get our stuff out as the passage through was narrow.
It was a really lovely atmosphere though all the staff were so helpful and friendly, they had food alternatives to support allergies.
During our stay we found that as there is an outdoor sitting area a-lot of the time when we left or came back to the hotel people were smoking and its close to the entrance of the hotel so we had to walk past and with have young children and a baby with us we didn’t like breathing it in or having it around the children.
I did inform staff of the state of our room and the gentleman at reception apologised and said he would ensure he sorted it.
I found that over all it was a really lovely stay. It was really convenient as we were across from the beach and we got a parking permit so we could park for free."
"Jaiden in reception was excellent !! Very helpful when our TV was broken and got us a new one and go it tuned in. Breakfast was very good but otherwise the food was very average and expensive for what it was !. Parking was expensive at £10 per day on the promenade and no parking available for me at the hotel. No changing rooms available for the pool, one of the reasons we chose this hotel so not very impressed with that as received no emails prior to coming about this. Thank you"
"Everywhere was very clean other than the bath sealant was black in places and the grout between the tiles over the shower was dirty due to constant use but needs to be addressed. I appreciate this can’t be dealt with by the everyday cleaning but needs a deep clean. Also mucky behind tap on the bath.
All the staff were very nice, spoke to everyone and were very helpful.
Breakfast was good with a good variety of options both on the buffet and to order.
The bar looked good but we didn’t need to use it."
